Software shouldn’t inform.It should operate.
I’m building AI operating systems on a single, repeatable thesis, applied to the industries where complexity creates the most friction.
Every industry runs on data.
One Luna core. Three operating systems.
Wiserr OS is in production today, and Luna is not a receptionist. She is the operating system’s cognitive layer: one brain across voice, SMS, WhatsApp and the dashboard that knows the business, reasons over its operational timeline, and executes through deterministic, audited tools with owner confirmation built in. The same core already powers three systems.
I’m not building random companies. I’m building the same company, repeatedly.
Every venture follows one pattern. Take an industry drowning in complexity, combine its data with its real-world workflows, and add AI that can decide and act. You get an operating system that doesn’t just inform, it operates.
One pattern.Then it compounds.
Luna is becoming the cognitive layer for running a business.
One brain where every owner action is a deterministic tool, every event becomes evidence, and every vertical makes the core smarter.
Every capability ships through certification: mapped, tool built, text certified, voice certified, production certified.
The endgame: businesses that run themselves, owners who stay in control.
What ships next.
Wiserr OS, Firm OS and Build OS proved the pattern. These are the industries it goes to next, labeled exactly as they are: live, building, or incubating, nothing dressed up as more.
Wherever there’s friction, there’s an OS.
Wherever complexity creates friction, the same pattern produces an operating system that decides and acts.
What I’m exploring.
Not everything becomes a company. Some things exist to push the thinking forward.

David MottaI’ve been building since I was 18.
I started my first company in 2004, at eighteen. For the next six years I ran service businesses, then real estate in 2007, then healthcare in 2010. Since then: more than fourteen ventures across SaaS, AI, marketing, mobility, education, and automation, and products used by thousands of people.
Some lessons cost more than others. I co-founded a rideshare platform that grew to roughly 175,000 users in eighteen months and raised about $6M. COVID shut it down. Watching a working business stop because its operations couldn’t adapt taught me the lesson under everything I build now: information was never the constraint. Execution is.
And the reason Wiserr OS starts with service businesses is simple: I ran them for six years. I know exactly which calls get missed, and what they cost.
First company at 18
A service business, started the only way I knew how: selling, building, and shipping before I felt ready.
Six years in the trenches
Ran service businesses day to day. Missed calls, no-shows, chasing payments: I lived the problems Wiserr OS now solves.
Into real estate
First step beyond services: property, deals, and operations with bigger stakes.
Into healthcare
Regulated, messy data, high stakes. The execution gap was everywhere.
Software, then a rideshare platform
Moved from services to software. Co-founded a rideshare platform that reached roughly 175,000 users in eighteen months, until COVID shut it down in 2020.
Wiserr OS & the Luna core
The thesis crystallized: one repeatable way to build an AI operating system per industry, on one shared brain.
Straight answers.
Who is David Motta?
David Motta is an entrepreneur, builder, and investor based in the Tampa Bay area, building companies since 2004, when he was 18. His first six years were service businesses, the industry Wiserr OS now serves. He has been involved in more than fourteen ventures across SaaS, AI, marketing, mobility, education, and automation, and today builds AI operating systems: Wiserr OS for service businesses, Firm OS for accounting firms, and Build OS for contractors, all running on one shared core called Luna.
What is Wiserr OS?
Wiserr OS is an AI operating system for service businesses, in production today. Its cognitive layer, Luna, answers every inbound call, qualifies the caller, books the appointment, and follows up across voice, SMS, and WhatsApp, while the owner keeps control through built-in confirmation gates. Every action Luna takes is deterministic, permissioned, and audited.
What is the AI operating system thesis?
The thesis: every industry runs on data, but almost none of it becomes action. Take an industry drowning in complexity, fuse its data with its real workflows, add AI that can decide and act, and you get an operating system that operates instead of just informing. The same pattern, applied industry by industry, on one shared core.
Is Luna a chatbot?
No. Luna is the operating system’s cognitive layer: one brain across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and the dashboard that knows the business, reasons over its operational timeline, and executes through deterministic, audited tools. If a call drops mid-booking, the booking still completes.
